In Progress……
Learning fractions is perhaps one of the most difficult things for all students, children through adults, to learn. But understanding how to work with fractions is important because we use them in our daily life. We use fractions in cooking, building, and sewing…. Fractions are everywhere… and they are not going away. Whether you are an adult learner and preparing for the GED test/TASC test, a parent helping a child learn or review fractions, or a ABE teacher helping adults master the skills of math….. these worksheets will help.
Learn fractions and practice them step by step. The more a student practices, the easier it will be. The following links will take you to worksheets that you can download an print out. Note that they are in a PDF format. Each worksheet set includes the worksheet and the answer key. One way that I have used them is to copy the worksheet and the answer key, back to back. I then teach the concept and send the worksheet home and have the student do the problem and check the answers themselves.
